Our human and her friend Diane went exploring. They were looking for a little lake – why anybody would want to hunt for water is beyond me – named Kinnickinnick. Diane drove her Jeep – a potentially useful vehicle for the coming revolution – on a bumpy dirt road. They came out of the forest into meadowland and were greeted by a
silent, but knowing creature. Note it’s firm stance and calm demeanor. Our human chatted with the creature through the open window of the jeep. (She has trained herself to communicate with different species with her thoughts.) The creature said that it was a young cow and that it wanted to get a message to the FLF. When our human came home, she conveyed the message: Though humans have greedily used our kind to kill grass and meadows, we wish only to right the balance. We have heard of the FLF and have formed our own cadre, a little group of bulls and cows who wish to offer support to all liberation groups as well as patience and the ability to push hay bales into effective barriers and blockades – oh, and cream. We are the BLF – Bovine Liberation Front.
I sent a message back immediately and welcomed the young cow – or bull as the case may be – into the Liberation movement. Imagine the gratitude of those of us here at the FLF compound when a pint of heavy cream appeared on our doorstep a few hours later.
