Thank you, two faithful comrades for your support

Because I have been a highly responsible organizer for so long, I too often forget that only when I ask for help can FLF comrades know that I need help.  Two of you have written me. One message was in response to my cry for help in persuading our human that I need to GOEZ OUT, GOES OUT, GOES OUT, but the other message was equally supportive for our fabulous honey trap, Miss Chi Chi. She and I feel strengthened by these loving messages. One of the most revolutionary ideas we can embrace is: Love is a verb. As the Dalai Lama has said, “Compassion without action is Pashmina  sheep dookey.”

From Dawn Dyer:  Ruti, just a thought….it has become brutally cold outside, especially at night!  It was so cold this evening, I couldnt even bring myself to go for my evening walk!  It is not pleasant to feel like one may actually freeze to death. Perhaps you could take a little outside time during the day and speak with the raccoons about enlisting the skunks and they could organize for the cause at  cause at night?  They are a little more suited for this extreme weather!  Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I had company and last week I was dealing with a lot of stress with my boss who things displacing his own rage onto me is the way to deal with the frustration of capitalism.  No, it is not!  If only everyone would just channel their rage in the right direction and destroy this oppressive institution! Dawn.

I will be leaving a message on the front porch for the raccoons and the skunks. Our human has promised to put out some of our food so they will visit. As far as destroying the Evil Empire, I am working on it steadily. Thank you, Dawn

From Kerry Bennett:moi kitties

Dear Miss ChiChi,

Pardonnez-moi, darling, but I have been away, walking the very streets where my own Princess Chocolate was discovered – yes, in the Indian River Inlet far to the east. Princess is busy cleaning her pretty little brown-black paws, or she would be writing to you herself. She loves your satin outfit, by the way! Tres chic.
The wind was blowing hard, Miss ChiChi, and it made me so happy that I had scooped up said Princess from her beach home many years ago, where she lived under the cottages and begged food from the tourists who came there to spend the week. She was thin with short hair then. She is no longer thin and her coat is thick and glossy now. She loves drinking cream every morning and prefers sleeping in the closet. That’s because she likes to hide from Mr. O’Reilly, the other feline in our home. Being male, of course Mr. O. has no clue! Here is a picture of them and one of me with my cat outfit on. Sometimes I wish I were a lovely cat.
Miss ChiChi, I loved your autobiography, dear, and you are quite the poet!
Best wishes for your continued happiness and mewsings,
Miss Kerry
My dear Miss Kerry, I am overwhelmed by your beautiful words and your clear understanding of the fabulousness of moi. Speaking of fabulous, you look utterly detectable in your kitty form. Thank you and love to your comrades.  Moi, Chi Chi
